Leeds-based role with a heavy bias towards the city-based clientele. The client portfolio is a cross-sector portfolio with the ability to sectorise and focus on the portfolio as the team grows.
Lead an impressive team of qualified and part-qualified staff in a firm that enjoys a staff retention rate well above the industry average.
This practice firmly believes in is an entrepreneurial culture with a large portion of the partnership team having trained within the practice. This combined with a mix of ex-Big 4 and large practice Partners creates a structured and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, a proven track record of business attraction and if at all possible a portable book of fees for separate negotiation.
